Refund policy

DECKTALK sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is provided immediately after payment and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once delivered.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All DECKTALK products are delivered digitally via email download link immediately after purchase.
For this reason, we do not provide:

  • returns
  • refunds
  • exchanges
  • cancellations
  • refunds for accidental or duplicate purchases
  • refunds after the download link has been sent or accessed

Delivery is considered completed once the download link is sent or otherwise made available to the customer. 

2. EU Digital Content Directive – Waiver of Withdrawal Right

These products constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium under Directive 2011/83/EU. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content delivered immediately is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the customer gives explicit prior consent.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • expressly agree to receive the digital product immediately, and
  • acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once the download link is provided.

This waiver is required under EU consumer protection law.

3. Mixed-Audience Age Notice

DECKTALK offers products for different audiences:

  • Some products contain adult-oriented themes and are intended for adults aged eighteen (18) or older.
  • Other products, such as family decks or parent–child decks, are intended for general audiences and do not contain adult content.

Refund rules apply equally to all products, regardless of audience classification.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • download link not received
  • download link not working
  • file not opening
  • corrupted file

contact us at info@deck-talk.com, and we will reissue the download link or provide access to the digital file you purchased. This is the only circumstance in which we may resend a product.

5. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases

Refunds are not issued for:

  • accidental purchases
  • unauthorized use by a third party
  • duplicate purchases
  • change of mind after purchase
  • failure to review product descriptions before ordering

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. No Physical Shipping

All products are delivered digitally.
No physical shipments are made, and no shipping charges apply.

7. EU Compliance

This policy complies with applicable digital goods and consumer protection regulations in the European Union.
Prices include applicable VAT based on the customer’s location, where required by law.
